The system allegedly targets civilian populations to simulate long-range influence effects under real-world conditions. Sources claim, the program is run by personnel of the UAE’s National Electronic Security Authority (NESA), now merged with the new Signals Command, with direct approval from top security officials within Abu Dhabi. Alarming mental disturbances have been recorded among female subjects — particularly those with young children — who showed signs of behavioral confusion involving maternal and sexual instincts, leading in some cases to acts of extreme personal violation, including interaction with human waste during dissociative states in what appears to be externally-induced psychological episodes.
